Billy Ray's Booze is a locally owned and operated liquor store in Dover, TN. This store opened on April 7, 2023, but we have been running our other store for the last seven years. We are proud to be the first liquor store to open in Stewart County, the town of Dover. Our product features a wide selection of liquors, such as beer, wine, and whiskey.
