We were Billy Ray's 2nd customer on opening day and I must say they have done a great job opening so quickly. The store looks wonderful and the owners and staff are great people. The prices are a bit higher but I couldn't have driven to Clarksville or Paris for the difference. We're so happy to have them right here in Dover. Locally owned and operated and keeping those tax dollars in Stewart County.
